Frequently asked questions

Can I send an item to you for repair?

Yes, you can package the item and send in to us using one of the many carriers bookable online or at your local Post Office. Find out more about how to send your repair to us here.

When can I drop off my item?

If you are local to us in Great Dunham, Norfolk, you can drop your repair in to use. Please contact us in advance to arrange a suitable time. We can offer evening drop-offs by arrangement.

How much will it cost?

The initial inspection fee is £15. Repair costs depend on time taken and parts required. We will provide a quote for you to approve before we begin any further work on your appliance.

Is my item worth repairing?

This is usually determined by the cost and availability of spare parts. But, in most cases, a repair costs a fraction of the replacement value of the item.  If we consider that an item is beyond economic repair, we will advise accordingly.
